I think I took too hot of a shower just now!
I don’t know about anyone else that has severe pain 24/7 and deals with it daily but for me taking a really really scalding how shower is the quickest way( for me) to get some pain relief and loosen up my aching joints.
But I seriously think the shower I just took was a tad bit too hot maybe this time, I’ve been out of the shower now oh at least 20+minutes wrapping pain patches on my feet and ankles and I should be cooled down by now but I’m not, ” a little dizzy too”, so I guess I either took too hot of a shower , or my stupid blood sugar just zapped itself out of my system one or the other I just don’t quite feel right you know?
Oh well I just hurt so badly and have been busy today doing things here in my place and My Dad and I took Christmas wreaths out to my Mom’s and brothers graves and we had to re do the flowers I had taken days ago we’ve had so much stinkin wind it tore them up pretty badly and he went by there the other day and said they had blown out which of course he picked them up;
But I like my flowers arranged a certain way and we had to buy new styrofoam pieces to hold the flowers, that wind was blowing like crazy again today too, I hate wind this time of year, I really do; So anyway this body of mine just was hurting really really badly and I took my other hot shower: I do admit I take really really hot ones but most of the time I can stand it and have no dizziness, I guess I am just tired and run down today; Oh well! what can you do right? Just be careful now if you suffer with the same thing ok? (G)!
I hope these silly pain patches kick in soon too I swear it feels like someone is chopping my ankles off of the bone, no joke its a horrible type of pain;
I use the Lidoderm pain patches My doctor perscribes for me, ( 3 boxes) which is 90 of them each month, thank the lord I don’t have to pay full price for them, I’d never be able to afford them, full price would be over $600.00 No shit! Who has that kind of money? Not me, so thankfully Medicare pays it each month as I really use them all over me; Love them! They use them too on a lot of Cancer patients according to my doctor.
