Well its been several days and several treatments that my Father has had done on his hip and leg, my doctor has been treating him now since last Thursday or Friday?

It’s been some rough days for him and for me, I am just exhausted not only from doing his daily errands and my own and trying to keep the household chores up at the farm for him and my place has just kinda gone to the wayside;  I’ve not been feeling well either for the last two weeks, some nasty virus has a hold on me and it won’t let go no matter what I take, when I do manage to get home I fall into my bed and sleep for hours on end, I should be in bed now but I’m struggling to stay awake here;

Once the swelling goes down on my Dads lower back I still think he needs to go see a specialist for his leg, a vasucluar specialist I’m sure I spelled that wrong,  what he needs is a test to see if the blood is flowing , I think my Chiropractor said it’s  a Ultra sound test they do to make sure there are no blood clots, thankfully he takes plavix otherwise I’m sure he would have thrown a blood clot by now;   He just will not go to the ER, or his other doctors about his leg I am just at my wits end with him on this matter;

The silly cane he wanted me to buy him sits on the back end of one of the kitchen chairs now its doing a really good job hanging there isn’t it??   That was a waste of money, he used it one day and that’s the only time , he’d rather stumble and hobble from wall to wall to chair to chair at the house…OH MY GOD!!!!

Tomorrow is my day for my own Doctor appointments!!!

and when I get home I think I’ll fall back into bed (G)!

My Father who is 81 years old going on 82 in May, is such a pain in the butt at times;    Last Wed or Thursday he started having really bad pains in his lower back, I tried to get him to go see the chiropractor, but no he didn’t want too;

Then by the Weekend he could barely walk again and again I’ve tried to convince him he needs to go see his docotor or the chiropractor, SOMEBODY ANYBODY, now he’s so bad he can barely hobble across the floor we’ve had snow and sleet and now he’s so bad he can’t get into the truck, nor would he be able to get down into my car or get up out of the car you know?

***GROWL***

The man just makes me Mental at times I swear he does;   This is what he does he waits until he is so stinking “bad off” with any of his health problems then he winds up going to the Emergency Room or will have to be taken there by Ambulance, and I’m guessing its going to be by Ambulance this time around, but once again this morning I had to run to town and get him more pain patches he is using them up like eating M & M’s , its just crazy!!

But what do you do huh??   I guess I’ll see what things are like in the morning with him, I’ve no idea what he has done to himself, he says he has not fallen any recently but then he never does tell me the truth so I’ve no idea I’m guessing he has done something to his hip or lower back one or the other, the Crazy Man!!

Do you have a digital Camera?  Does yours eat the batteries??

I love my camera but I swear that thing just “eats batteries”, if I don’t take the batteries out of the camera when I am finished using it and if I leave them in the camera , the next time I get ready to use my nice little machine, the batteries are dead as a doornail!

Very very aggravating!   I use my camera a lot now, well more than I used too as I like to take photo’s of my recipes I fix, create, bake or whatever it is I am cooking so that I can use the photo’s along with the recipe I am posting here or on other sites I use;

I was fixing meatloaf today and wanted to take pics of it and wouldn’t you know it?  Darn stupid camera had ate my batteries cause dumb old me had forgotten to take them out once again;

They are so stinking high too these days ( the batteries) GEEZZ!

So I won’t be posting my meat loaf recipe today I’m just burnt out from the whole ordeal, (winter weather) blues and it just leaves me drained I swear it does;

Yesterday was my regularly scheduled visit with my Doctor, but he was sick, in fact he’s very sick, so they canceled the whole day of appointment’s, and even though the poor over worked man showed up today, he was so weak he sat in a big chair like a computer chair, he has his family there too that help out and work there anyway he is and was so weak that his kids had to practically help him with all simple tasks, some writing on the charts, handing him the phone  when other Doctors/patients called him it was so sad to see; 

Poor Man he should have been home in bed, he was very dizzy and his wife was so concerned that she was telling me they were thinking of taking him to the hospital but where was he??  There at the office trying to see patients like me so we could get our stupid monthly spend down met, now how many doctors do you know that would do this? 

I only know of one and that’s my doctor; Anyway the poor guy I told him how sore my foot was since he had dug out glass on it last month and sure enough he found more glass working its way out of my foot right under my little toe, you know in an area that supports all your weight, that thing has just hurt me in ways that I can’t even explain it, but he somehow managed to dig out more glass and I was grateful he did; 

If you’ve not been following my blog, ding dong neighbor’s friend last month came inside in a blunder and knocked down one of my crystal vases and of course with my concrete floor it just SHATTERED all over the place and you sweep and sweep and vacuum and yet there are still tiny shards of glass on the floor so I think I’ve stepped on all that was left I sure hope thats the end of it, this weekend I plan on taking down the Christmas decorations and the big old tree so then I’ll really be able to sweep up good;

I can’t be stepping on any more glass thats for sure, its painful and “risky” as I am diabetic and crap like that I just don’t need and its been a full month of me trying to get that sore area on my foot healed, so lets hope it heals up good this time around; 

Stupid Ninny that was in here and broke it of course has avoided me like the plague and for sure hasn’t come knocking on my door for anything and I’ve not received one dime from her either for breaking my beautiful cyrstal vase…GGRRR!

You’d be surprised at how painful glass in your foot can be even after a month;

so I hope that’s the end of it!!

Thank goodness, Yes my social security check did arrive today in the mail, and I’m so grateful!!!

You’d not believe how stressed out I’ve been today, last night worrying about it , wondering what the heck happened to it?

(sigh) !!  But it came this afternoon!!

Last night while I was trying to eat my supper one of my upper teeth broke off too while I had a mouth full of pizza and tooth! YUM!

I swear I can’t win for losing all the time!  Just starting out a New

Year here and its already gone to pot for me…It seems like it!!

so yeah now I have a broken sliced off front tooth, yeah rah!!

Will try to get in to see my old dentist but I’m betting they will not see me seeing as how my state’s medicaid hasn’t paid for any “dental” work for YEARS now…so this is going to be fun, (not really)

There is nothing more degrading than to call up places like this ask about getting in to see someone and they of course want to know your life’s history and so on and when you tell them you are on Disability well they act like you’ve got the Plague or something hideous, its very degrading, very upsetting I hope since the voting and crap is all over with that they change that in my state to where we can get some dental service with medicaid, I need it and so do many others out there;

Personally I’d rather be kicked in the head than to have to deal with this again because I know its not changed since the last time I phoned trying to get in when I had a major toothache!  Thankfully I have strong pain pills for my neck and back injuries, so I  just knocked myself out basically for days until the tooth fell out or it just quit hurting one or the other…pretty sad I know;

But that’s our Government, they don’t care about us who are Poor,

living on fixed incomes and I know many others have it way worse than I do out there, I honestly don’t know how they survive it all,
I really really don’t…

God help us all!!!

I’m so mad right now I could “spit nails”,  do some serious damage to some one aka my stupid friggin, idiot Mailman and Postoffice…..

ARRRRGGGHHHH!!!!

I swear by all that is holy I must have the dumbest mailman on the planet Earth, no joke;

Today is Jan 2, and for those of us on Disability like myself the 3rd is my paydate, so when it falls on a holiday or weekend like tomorrow I should be getting my check in the mail, right?  Right!!

My mail comes LATE of an afternoon sometimes it could be after 5:00 p.m. and its came sometimes in the summer around 6;00 p.m. so anyway today I am waiting and waiting and waiting you know, hey there’s always the off chance he might be early once…Ppffftt!!

Rarely does that happen, anyway he finally gets here and there is no check, I was trying to listen for him to come, but didn’t hear him and he was leaving as I went out to get my mail, thinking my check would be there but NOOOOooooo , No check today…I call the post office to ask the silly question were they not there to be delivered today?  Smart ass that answers the phone says yes, they were here to be delivered as scheduled, blah blah blah, I tell him I did not get my check today and he asks me if I had moved recently…no dumbass I will be here two  years comes come next month, I’ve not moved recently;

Now this is not the first time my idiot mail man has mis placed my check or “Forgot” to put it in my mail pile WTF??? or something of mine gets delivered to the wrong address….YA THINK???

Over here where I live now that could be a really bad situation

(for me) I don’t live in the best of neighborhoods and if my check has landed in someone else’s mail, its a goner!!!

I”m so flippin pissed off, if that check does not arrive tomorrow

then I am screwed and will have to WAIT IT OUT for them to reissue me another check;   as I said this is not the first time this has happened since I moved over here, and one time I was outside on my swing waiting for him to arrive and there’s no check and I’m bitchin about it to him as he is preparing to leave and he’s like Oh yeah, here it is…WHHHHHATTTT???????  He was gonna drive off had I not been outside sitting there, my check was in his silly pouch thing they carry the mail in…stupid stupid stupid damn idiot;

Do they not think we have bills to pay?? Food we need?  If my check does not show up like I said by tomorrow or Monday then I have to start procedures to have payment stopped on the one supposedly being delivered to me, I DIDN’T GET IT….and so on and so on;

I tell you where the problem is, its this post office and the moron that delivers the mail on this side of town, stupid stupid stupid moron;  They make good money, they don’t care about anyone that is poor and or waiting and counting the days until payday;  They could care less;

I just physically want to do bodily harm to someone right now

anyone will do that works at the post office but more importantly

I want to harm this person;   Not a good way to start off the new year you jerk!!

I don’t have a checking account to have my disability check deposited into it, I had idenity  theft a couple of years ago and Have been scared stiff to have another checking account because after the second bank and being hit again, I gave up on that…I don’t have extra money for some thieves to steal, go away;

I’m so upset, just really really upset;   I do hope it is found and delivered tomorrow because as sure as I am sitting here, I know its blunder butt’s fault aka ( my mailman)…..complete moron!!
