Hard to believe but it is the first day of the

New Year 2009 !

It just doesn’t seem possible to me that we are once again starting a new year already, But thank Goodness 2008 is gone!

I know most people are still celebrating the day off today, watching the big game of Football or some other sport on TV.  Not me I’ve spent the better part of the day catching up on a show from the

Discovery Channel that I just love, its called Storm Chaser’s Man

these people are just NUTS!  PLAIN AND SIMPLY NUTS!! LOL!

they had an all day marathon of this show recently on the

Discovery Channel so I took advantage of it and recorded the whole season so I’ve watched the first 6 hours not sure how many shows/hours are on the second tape, but I plan on watching the rest of them in a little bit here, I just have no get up and go today and I’m not getting a blasted thing done except for this (G)!

If you ever have the chance do watch Storm Chaser’s, These guys take a lot of risks out there trying to capture scientific data on these destructive storms that produce Tornado’s I do admire what they do, I just don’t want to be anywhere near these monster storms and I do live in Tornado Alley but Thankfully I’ve never had to witness the total destruction that so many other cities have;

So when you get some time like I said check out the Discovery Channel you’ll find many many cool shows on there, I have other favorites too, such as Deadliest Catch, ( love that show), and Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe, Another huge favorite of mine;  I’m so glad I have these shows on the holidays to watch or any other day;

I love the Discovery Channel!

“SUPERSTARS OF DANCE”

OH MY GOD!!!   To say I’m Excited would be putting

it “mildly”…          LOL! 

Yeah I’m a Huge fan, very huge Fan of Michael Flatley,

Irish Dancing, Celtic Music you name it,

” I love it”!  I had no idea he was to be “hosting” the show they kept showing previews of different dancers from around the world and they kept showing different segment shots of his past shows I thought he would be dancing with his troupes on stage and he may still I’ve no idea but I’m just as excited that he is going to be the “host” for the show, here’s a article off of NBC’S SITE;

this same number when he performed on Dancing with the Stars this year 2008 , it was AWESOME!!!  I just loved it!!

to see you “hosting this show”, and I do hope and pray
